This is the first time in years I shot some images on film. I recently bought a Vivitar 35ES rangefinder and these pictures are the result of it’s first test run. It is really awkward to shoot film again. I have to admit that I’m a bit lazy when it comes to aligning horizontal lines correctly while shooting. It’s a lot easier to straighten photos in Lightroom. It’s a bad idea to do this while shooting film though, as you can see on the photos.
Anyway, I really enjoy this little camera. And shooting film is fun too. There is a downside though. I’m really (unpleasantly) surprised by the cost of developing film and printing the photos. I’ll have to find a solution for this if I want to continue to shoot on film.
Well, enough with the talking. Check out the photos after the jump. I used Ilford Delta 400 for these photos if anyone cares ;)

Develope yourself ;)
Takes waaaaaay too long :p
Develop them your self. 30 min. of watching tv while you aggitate and à few trips to the kitchen. Easy and cheap!
Wel erg mooi. Je moet gewoon een bijbaantje nemen om de kosten te drukken!
Thanks for the comments :) And Anneke, I’ve got a job. But I’ve got more expensive and more important things to save money for ;)
